DAVID SCHROEDER, AIA

PRINCIPAL IN CHARGE – PROJECT MANAGEMENT

David is responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, and his experience as an insightful team leader and aggressive approach to problem solving ensures that each project is completed on time and on budget. David’s inherent understanding of the balance between development and budgetary goals, while being sensitive to the need for successful, outstanding architecture, has earned him a reputation as an architect who can be relied upon to deliver a finished product that delivers on all its promises.

Under his watchful eye, David is responsible for the oversight of all predevelopment work, budgeting, scheduling, team building, problem solving and quality control. Prior to founding Schroeder Slater, David spent eleven years managing the creation and development of two successful retail design practices in Atlanta. Most recently, under his leadership, Dougherty Schroeder & Associates, Inc. became a national leader in retail/mixed-use design.
